Get the strategies you need to speak confidently in English at work.
Be clear. Find the flow.
To work internationally, you need (at the very least) functional oral and written skills in English.
Reaching and maintaining a high level of listening, speaking and writing skills in English is a basic work skill for many in the corporate world.
Studying abroad for at least six months in an English-speaking country and/or continuous close contact with native speakers will give you an excellent foundation to build these skills.
However, conversational English and English for academic purposes differ from the English needed to communicate with clients and your peers in a professional setting.
Being around native English speakers or watching Netflix in the original version will help, but it will not help you figure out how to reduce the influence your first language has on how you speak English. It will also not help you be able to use English strategically at work.
Time is precious. So, language training needs to be focused and effective.

Fluency training
Our mission is to help others develop clear, fluent speech to make working in English easier.
Linguistic studies have consistently shown that speakers with a foreign accent do not necessarily fail to convey their message effectively. English is spoken in a diverse range of regional accents and by vast numbers of second-language learners across the globe. Listeners will be able to adjust. Well, they can adjust to a certain extent.
There are evidence-based strategies to boost your ability to get your message across easily and smoothly.
And with pronunciation training, you should see a softening of your accent to make it easier for others to understand you.
What if your speaking skills have plateaued?
Linguistic studies have also shown that adult learners of English display significant improvement in both understanding and producing English speech after participating in specially designed pronunciation courses over 12 weeks - even those who have lived in an English speaking country long-term (10 years of more).
Speaking clearly and smoothly in English is a learnable skill, even for those who are already highly proficient.
How would fluency training work?
We would start by working together to understand where you are at with your English language skills and what you need help with or would like to improve. This drives what strategies we will cover.
Personal fluency training would be held online via video conferencing over an initial 12-week period. This includes:
An initial accent assessment and report;
An accent softening roadmap;
Guides for the strategic use of English at work;
36 x 30 minutes of training sessions (18 hours of personal instruction). Here regular exposure is key. Ideally, we would schedule these 3 x 30 minutes a week;
Personalized feedback on your audio recordings of daily practice; and
Post-instruction accent evaluation and report (highlighting your improvements) at the end of a 12-week period.

Those, who do not know any foreign languages, do not know their own.”
